The entrepreneurial spirit I bring to corporate work was honed largely through two start-ups:

The Real Retro was a line of “intelligent fashion” honoring history and literature’s greatest figures with personalized “jersey” t-shirts. “Who are your heroes?” we asked. Sold online and offline and sported by the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, each t-shirt came packaged with a “bio card” with fun sports card-esque facts about the particular “player.”

Check My Campus made the college search process easier, better and more fun for high school students. One of the first apps on Facebook, Check My Campus received an fbFund grant from Facebook. The app allowed current college students to share photos and videos about life on their campuses, giving high schoolers an inside look at what real life is like at these different schools.
